What This Bundle Is

This is the complete rear KDSS solution for customers who want strength, protection, and reliability — without piecing things together.

Instead of running spacer-only setups, this bundle pairs our upgraded 7075 billet rear fixed link with billet sway bar clamps to address both rear KDSS droop limitations and sway bar movement in one package.

If you’re upgrading your suspension or wheeling harder than stock, this is the setup we actually recommend.


Why This Bundle Exists

As KDSS vehicles gain extended-travel suspension and see harder trail use, two common issues show up:

  1. The OEM rear passenger-side fixed link can bend under hard hits, throwing the sway bar and KDSS strut out of alignment.

  2. The front sway bar can shift side-to-side, stressing KDSS components and causing contact or noise.

This bundle solves both problems:

  • The billet fixed link eliminates the OEM weak point in the rear.

  • The billet clamps lock the sway bar in place so it can’t walk or shift.


What It Does

  • Replaces the weak OEM rear fixed KDSS link with a 7075 billet aluminum link

  • Retains a spacer on the driver-side KDSS strut to keep the piston in its OEM operating range

  • Allows full rear suspension droop when running extended-travel shocks

  • Prevents sway bar misalignment that can damage the KDSS strut

  • Locks the sway bar in place to prevent side-to-side movement

  • Improves system durability and long-term KDSS reliability

Worth Every Penny, Fixes Multiple Issues Perfectly

This kit was far easier to install on my 2020 4runner TRD PRO than the videos show. I could have used another inch higher, but my problems were solved the way it came. My top heavy, wobbly feel is gone and the rear doesn't try to kick out. I did not get an adjustable panhard bar, but would if I went higher than 3".
