Shipping policy

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (business days).
  • Some custom or high-demand items may require additional processing time.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use UPS, USPS, and DHL for domestic and international shipping.
  • Boxify calculates the best-fit shipping box and applies live rates at checkout to ensure fair pricing.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.

Free Shipping

  • We do NOT offer free shipping at this time.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping Insurance & Lost/Damaged Packages

  • Orders are automatically covered for up to $100 in case of loss or damage.
  • If you want full coverage, you must purchase additional shipping insurance at checkout.
  • If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact the carrier first to file a claim.
  • If you need assistance, email us at dom@kdss.com with your order number and issue details.

International Shipping & Import Fees

  • We ship internationally, but import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Some UPS shipments to Canada may include additional import fees ($100-$120 USD). We have no control over these charges. Consider DHL or USPS as alternatives.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the address.
  • If you notice an incorrect address, contact us immediately after placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
