Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition with no signs of attempted installation.
- The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Customers must contact us before initiating a return to receive approval and instructions.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, no exceptions.
- We will cover the cost of the return shipping label, but the item must be packaged securely to avoid damage.
Exchanges
- We do offer exchanges, but the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs both ways (returning the original item and shipping the new item).
- The product must be in brand-new, unused condition to qualify for an exchange.
Damaged Returns
- If the returned item arrives damaged or improperly packaged, we will send it back to you, and the return will not be processed.
