What It Is
A billet aluminum replacement for the OEM front KDSS fixed link designed to allow the front sway bar and suspension to cycle more freely without the binding caused by the factory rubber bushing.
This link replaces the OEM passenger-side fixed link and upgrades it with a fully greaseable performance bushing system built for real off-road use.
Why This Exists
The OEM front KDSS link uses a large rubber bushing that is torqued to 110 ft-lbs at ride height.
Once torqued, that bushing is essentially locked into position. As the suspension cycles:
The bushing resists rotation
Tension builds in the link
The suspension is forced to deflect instead of moving freely
If you’ve ever disconnected your sway bar and tried rotating the OEM link by hand, you’ve probably noticed it barely moves.
For drivers who want their suspension functioning at its full potential, that restriction becomes a limiting factor.
This billet link removes that bind.

Overbuilt for real off-road abuse
The Delrin bushing allows controlled rotation without the binding of rubber, while remaining serviceable and durable.
We recommend marine grease or high-temperature performance grease.

(2) M12 × 1.25 × 50mm bolts
(2) M12 × 1.25 stover locking nuts
(2) M12 washers (used only with older round bushing setups)
All hardware clear zinc coated
Torque Specs
Top main bolt (link to frame):
→ 110 ft-lbs
→ Use Loctite or safety wire (recommended)
Vertical M12 sway bar bolts:
→ 85 ft-lbs
→ No Loctite required (stover nuts included)
Mark bolts after torque for visual inspection.
Install Notes
Remove front skid plate for maximum clearance
Support sway bar with hydraulic floor jack
Unbolt the two vertical sway bar bolts and the top frame bolt
Lower sway bar no more than 3/8”
The driver-side KDSS strut will begin to extend
Remove OEM link
Install billet link with:
Zerk fitting facing forward
Pilot hole facing forward
Bevel on sleeve facing inside of frame
Pre-grease:
Outside of sleeve
Inside diameter of Delrin bushing
Before final torque:
Inject grease until it exits the bushing
Minor bushing spread during greasing is normal
It will compress once fully torqued
Torque bolts to spec.
Safety wire recommended for the main bolt.

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges, but the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs both ways (returning the original item and shipping the new item).
The product must be in brand-new, unused condition to qualify for an exchange.

Worth Every Penny, Fixes Multiple Issues Perfectly
This kit was far easier to install on my 2020 4runner TRD PRO than the videos show. I could have used another inch higher, but my problems were solved the way it came. My top heavy, wobbly feel is gone and the rear doesn't try to kick out. I did not get an adjustable panhard bar, but would if I went higher than 3".
